Loss of Right of Withdrawal:

According to EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Article 16(m), you will lose your right of withdrawal once:

  • ✅ You have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal
  • ✅ The performance has begun (you downloaded the song or viewed the video)

In practice, this means:

  • 🎬 Once you view/download a video clip, you cannot withdraw
  • ✅ Before downloading, you can still withdraw within 14 days

🔄 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract (before downloading), we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
