CraftHit provides AI-generated personalized songs and video clips based on your specifications. Our service includes:

• 🆓 2 Free Test Songs: Generate up to 2 songs for free (online preview only, with watermark)
• 💰 Song Download: €9.95 - Download clean version without watermark
• 🎬 Video Clip: €24.99 - Personalized video with your photo animated

2.2 Free Test Songs

• You can generate up to 2 free test songs
• Free songs are watermarked and available for online preview only
• To download clean versions, you must purchase the song for €9.95
• Free song limit is per user/email address

📝 3. Order Process

3.1 Placing an Order

1. Fill out the order form with your preferences (style, mood, description, etc.)
2. For video clips, upload a clear photo (JPEG/PNG, max 10MB)
3. Review your order details
4. For paid services, proceed to payment via Stripe
5. Receive confirmation email with order details

3.2 Generation Time

• Songs: Typically 2-5 minutes
• Videos: Typically 10-30 minutes

Generation times may vary based on system load. We will notify you via email once your order is ready.

💳 4. Payment

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Stripe (credit cards, debit cards).

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required before song download or video generation
• Prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable
• Once payment is processed, you will receive immediate access to download/view your content

4.3 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• ✅ Refunds are available if we fail to deliver your order within 72 hours
• ✅ Refunds are available if the generated content is significantly different from your specifications
• ❌ No refunds after you have downloaded the song or video
• ❌ No refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated content

🔄 5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

6.1 Your Responsibilities

When uploading photos or providing descriptions, you represent that:

• ✅ Content is not illegal, offensive, or harmful

• ❌ No redistribution or resale of the raw files

• We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
• We may showcase your content (with your permission) for marketing purposes

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for how you use the generated content
